First part is an honest self-assessment of the piece you’ve chosen to rewrite: how did you go about reviewing it? What do you feel you have improved? What grade would you give yourself for the piece and why?
The second part is an assessment of yourself as a writer. What do you feel is your strongest asset as a writer? What is your weakest asset? How do you feel you can make yourself a stronger writer? What did you learn about yourself as a writer over the course of this (sadly, all-too-brief) class?
